She is the Director of Sales Operations for Vicinity Energy and previously lead the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service team for the Northeast Region for Veolia North America, supporting a portfolio of commercial and industrial district energy clients in the greater Boston area. Allison is responsible for creating innovative, sustainable marketing solutions to meet clients’ energy needs. She joined Veolia in 2009 as an Account Manager and previously worked as a Settlements Analyst at MATEP. Allison has a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and an MBA from Simmons University.
Linette CaseyPresident ElectKey Account Manager, Siemens Energy, Inc.As a Key Account Manager for Siemens Energy, Inc., Linette Casey is responsible for long term customer relationships with developers, public power (MUNIs, CO-Ops, IOUs, utilities, etc), private equity firms, and universities in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts for the entire Siemens Energy, Inc. portfolio including power generation, energy storage, and energy management transmission and distribution. She brings nearly 20 years of energy experience to the company.

Melissa Green, CPASecretarySenior Director, Financial Reporting, Liberty Mutual InvestmentsMelissa Green is a Senior Director leading the Financial Reporting team for Liberty Mutual Investments. In this role her responsibilities have included leading a talented group of accounting and finance professionals through the reporting of $99 billion of assets. This reporting team also leads deal accounting advisory, investments process, policy and controls, derivative and hedge accounting, and natural resource accounting. Additionally, Melissa co-lead the establishment of a center of excellence to develop top-talent for the organization, co-lead the establishment of a women’s networking group and is a leader in WE, Liberty’s Women’s group.
Melissa has a Bcomm in Accounting from Mount Alison University and an MBA focused in Strategy and International Business from Athabasca University. An individual that lives to learn, she has also pursued many accounting designations including the Canadian CA, CPA, the UK ACA designation, the US CPA and the US GCMA designations.
Jaclyn BlissExecutive Membership DirectorChief Revenue Officer, Vicinity EnergyAs Vice President and Head of Global Customers at Enel X, Jackie Bliss is responsible for developing partnerships with the company’s largest customers. In this role, she leads and manages a talented team, responsible for originating new business opportunities and ensuring long term customer success. Prior to taking on this role, Jackie managed Enel X’s Advisory Solutions business, a 500-person team dedicated to providing differentiated consulting and services to help customers save money and achieve their energy-related goals. And, she also served as General Manager of their Global Energy Procurement business.
Prior to joining Enel (formerly EnerNOC) in 2015, Jackie worked at National Grid, serving as the Director of Business Performance for the natural gas division, leading operational efficiency initiatives. Jackie also consulted power and utilities companies across the US on debt and equity financing and strategic M&A as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan. Jackie earned an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and an MPA in Energy Policy as well as a BA from Columbia University.
Maggie TeliskaMarketing & Communications DirectorInnovation, Enel Green PowerMaggie Teliska works with the Innovation team at Enel Green Power. Before this role, she served as a consultant to many companies along the battery supply chain in addition to serving as CTO of Regent Power, LLC, a Smart City host integrator. Maggie has a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the George Washington University and a BS in Chemistry from Boston College. She lives in Tewksbury with her husband.

I moved up to Boston for the opportunity to work in project management for offshore wind. I am excited for this new industry and to support WEN in their mission.
Sara HarariChapter and National Relations DirectorAssociate Director of Innovation & Strategic Advisor to the President, Connecticut Green BankSara Harari is part of the Connecticut Green Bank, and is responsible for designing new programs to develop clean infrastructure throughout the state. Prior to this role, she worked with utilities to develop DER deployment programs and designed energy efficient buildings, power plants, and local energy systems. Sara has an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a Masters of Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment, and a BS in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
Sally GriffithCo-Membership DirectorPrincipal Project Manager, Enel XAs a Principal Project Manager for Enel X, Sally works across a broad range of implementation projects with our large global industrial customers. During an implementation project, Sally coordinates across all Enel X teams and is the primary point of contact for our customer, for everything related to the project.
Sally has nine years of energy project management experience, including five years at Enel X (previously EnerNOC). At Enel X she has completed projects spanning Enel X’s energy management products, incorporating a broad range of hardware and software scopes. Prior to joining Enel X Sally was a Project Manager for the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center where she focused on projects supporting clean energy businesses in Massachusetts.
Her qualifications include PMP and CEM. Sally holds a Masters of Environmental Management from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
Susan E. ScarcellaEvent DirectorLead Stakeholder Specialist, National GridSue Scarcella works as a Lead Stakeholder Specialist, where she manages the community relations associated with large capital projects including transmission, substation, electric and gas distribution, and distributed generation projects within the National Grid New England territory. She conducts outreach for these projects to build upon and maintain professional relationships with abutters of these important company-owned assets. Sue has been working for National Grid within different capacities since she began with the company in 2005. Sue has earned her MBA from Bentley University and a BS in Business Administration from Bryant University. She lives in Foxboro with her husband Dave and her son Michael.
Lindsey SandsLegal DirectorVicinity EnergyLindsey Sands is Associate General Counsel at Vicinity Energy, the largest provider of district energy solutions in North America. Lindsey sits in Vicinity's headquarters in Boston and provides support for all things legal, including day-to-day operations, special projects, and M&A. She began her legal practice in the tax group at Sidley Austin in Chicago, then returned to Boston to join Holland & Knight’s Tax Credit Syndication and Energy and Clean Technology teams. Just prior to joining Vicinity, she was Assistant General Counsel at Veolia North America, a leading provider of environmental solutions in the waste, water and energy industries. Lindsey also serves as a Board Member of New Ecology Inc., a non-profit whose mission is to bring sustainable development to underserved populations, particularly within the context of affordable and multifamily housing. Lindsey lives in Milton with her husband, Abe, and their three children.

Prior to joining the Constellation team in 2006, Mary worked on the wholesale pricing side of the business for both gas and power with Calpine and US Generating. Mary has a bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College.
Elizabeth WaymanImmediate Past PresidentInvestor, Breakthrough Energy VenturesLibby Wayman serves as an Investor at Breakthrough Energy Ventures. Prior to this role, she served as the Director for the Clean Energy Manufacturing Initiative at the U.S. Department of Energy, where she was responsible for developing DOE’s strategy for innovation in manufacturing technology. Libby previously developed new solar energy technologies at SunPower and Alion Energy resulting in lower cost commercial products, and spun some of her work out of MIT to startup companies. Libby holds a BS and MS in engineering from MIT, where she graduated with honors and was a co-founder of the MIT Energy Club.
