She previously worked at Chesapeake Energy LLC as revenue accountant. Her last role at Chesapeake Energy involved invoice tracking, reconciliation of accounts and other financial reporting for midstream oil marketing. At Chesapeake Energy, Maria also worked in operations accounting for five years where she held various roles in Accounts Payable and Joint Venture Audit groups. She is an active member of COPAS (Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies). Maria is also passionate about STEM development and education. Maria has been involved with Women’s Energy Network Greater Oklahoma Chapter since 2016 where she served in Community Initiative’s Chair role for two years (2018-19). Maria received B.S in Business Administration, Marketing and an MBA, with an emphasis in Energy Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Oklahoma. She attended University of Oklahoma on a full athletic scholarship where she was on the Women’s Tennis team. Born and raised overseas in Tbilisi, Georgia she is fluent in Russian and understands Georgian language. In her free time, Maria enjoys volunteering with YWCA, Junior Achievement, United Way, reading, running, traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with her husband.

She is an independent, organizational leader who provides corporate diligence to company executives across all business sectors concentrating on Acquisition and Divestitures, Investor Relations, and Corporate Finance. Throughout her oil and gas career, she has held various roles starting within Operations focused on cost analysis, expense forecasting and business reporting.
Monica holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma, and has been a member of Women’s Energy Network since 2018.
Maria MooreTreasurerIndependent Consultant, Crestwood Consulting LLCMaria Moore is a passionate and tenacious leader with a focus on the value of cross functional collaboration and solution delivery. Maria has served in multiple leadership roles for over 15 years. She has been in the Energy Industry for over 28 years, including exploration, midstream pipeline, and the electric utility. Ms. Moore held position at Chesapeake, Enable Midstream, OGE, Enogex and Samson Resources. During her career, she has had the opportunity to work across multiple disciplines including operations, commercial services, IT, HR, Internal Audit and Strategy.
Ms. Moore attended Oklahoma State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, she later went on to earn her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Finance from Oklahoma City University. She currently holds certifications in CISA and a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. She also held her Project Management Profession (PMP) certification for 14 years.
Maria is enthusiastic about developing and mentoring others. She has served as a WEN Board Member for the last 4 years as Mentoring Chair and Treasurer. She has also held previous board position with Young Life in Greater Oklahoma and served in leadership roles mentoring to college and high school kids. She spends her personal time hanging out with her two teenage daughters, Anna(16) and Mia(12), attending sporting events and traveling.

Amanda began her career as a Process & Application Engineer prior to joining H&P in 2013. She started at H&P as a Performance Engineer providing optimization solutions for customers until she took on the role of Rig Performance & Data Analytics Manager in 2015. In 2017, she moved into operations as a Drilling Superintendent in the Mid-Con Division in Oklahoma City followed by a few years in Houston as part of the sales and marketing group working as a Strategic Account Manager and the Technical Sales Manager. She has recently rejoined the operations team in her current role moving back to Oklahoma City with her significant other. Amanda is originally from Illinois but graduated from The University of Tulsa in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and received her Masters of Energy Business (MEB) degree in 2014. Amanda has been involved in WEN since 2017 joining events in all the areas she’s worked. She is passionate about bringing a unique perspective to the energy industry and creating a diverse and welcoming environment in everything she is involved in.

Over the past 15 years, she has held various roles in Supply Chain, Accounting, Treasury, Finance and IT at OGE Energy Corp, Enogex and Enable Midstream Partners.
Shannon received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University.
Shannon is a born and raised Okie and lives in Yukon, OK wither her husband, Charles, son, Aidan (17) and dog, Kingston (6). She is an active member of Life.Church in Mustang, OK where she serves in volunteer leadership roles.
Gina DunseithProgram Development Director OKCSupervisor, Northern Geology, Continental ResourcesGina ventured into dry gas geology in 2009 with Southwestern Energy, then made the move to oil in 2012 with Continental Resources. She currently supervises a diverse team of geologists and technical staff responsible for Bakken exploitation. She has always loved science and math, but dabbled heavily in the arts prior to attaining her Bachelors in Geology in 2009 from the University of Missouri-Rolla (Missouri S&T). She completed her Master’s in Geology from Oklahoma State University in 2019 and was awarded Outstanding Thesis. She is deeply passionate about creating space for and growing women involvement in professional society; especially in STEM and supervisory related roles. Her hobbies include CrossFit, cooking savory foods, vacuuming up excessive amounts of hair from her German shepherd dog, finding new ways to make her baby boy smile, and watching Formula 1 Grand Prix races with her husband.

She began her career in the energy sector over ten years ago as Specialty Coating Division Manager for PEI, a leading fabricator for the oil and gas industry and the manufacturer of the TWINLOCK Opening Closure. Andrea attended Oklahoma State University and continues to be a proud supporter of OSU Athletics.
Devoting her time to help others has become a priority for Andrea. Her altruistic personality took her to places like Cincinnati and Ghana, Africa in volunteer missions, and has inspired her to give back to her community. Currently, she serves as the Facilities and Capital campaign Chair for the Tulsa Girls Art School, planning fundraiser events for as many as 600 people for this organizations. In her free time, Andrea loves to travel with her husband Michael to whom she has been married for 20 years.
Currently, Andrea servers as Co-Chair for Tulsa Programming in the Greater Oklahoma Chapter of WEN.
Nicole GoshornMarketing DirectorContinuous Improvement Specialist Sr, WilliamsNicole joined Williams Energy in 2013 as a FEED Engineer and assisted in developing gas pipeline and compressor station projects on the front end of the project management scope. She has served in various roles since such as Project Developer, System Planner, Lessons Learned Lead and a Continuous Improvement Specialist. All together, Nicole has been in the natural gas industry for 15 years. She currently holds a MS degree in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a Black Belt in Six Sigma. She serves as the Marketing Director for the OK Chapter of WEN and was a previous active member in the Pittsburgh Chapter. She also is active in assisting the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at Williams and is a champion of workplace diversity. She enjoys spending time with her family traveling, taking road trips and hiking.

Fuller received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in Organization Management. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). She currently serves as the Treasurer for the Women’s Energy Network of Greater Oklahoma and is a member of the Oklahoma Incentive Evaluation Commission, a position she was appointed to by Governor Kevin Stitt in 2019. She is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
Fuller and her husband, Roger, have two daughters. Morgandy is a Junior at Oklahoma State University majoring in Biological Sciences and Merritt is a 5th grader and an avid volleyball player. They attend Chisolm Heights Baptist Church in Mustang.
