Allison RohrsAlternative Energy Initiatives ChairSr. Renewable Energy Project Manager, SWCA Environmental ConsultantsAllison Rohrs is a Renewable Energy Senior Project Manager in SWCA’s Pittsburgh office. She specializes in assisting renewable energy clients with origination, real estate acquisition, environmental site assessments, interconnection feasibility studies, and other aspects of renewable energy project development. She has experience overseeing a wide range of energy related initiatives Nationwide. Her unique and diverse work experience spans operations and maintenance of wind turbines, solar and wind energy site development, energy policy research, and community/stakeholder engagement. Rohrs holds a Master’s of Science degree from Penn State in Energy and Mineral Engineering and is a Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers. Allison now serves as the Alternative Energy Initiatives Chair for the WEN Greater Pittsburgh chapter.
Jayme StotkaGolf Series ChairEH&S Specialist III, WilliamsJayme became a member of WEN Greater Pittsburgh Chapter in August of 2014. In 2015, she served as the Partnership Chair and worked with various organizations in the industry to partner with WEN on events throughout the year. In 2016, Jayme joined the Board of Directors as a Director at Large, a position she held through 2017. As a Director at Large, Jayme managed the Swag inventory for the Greater Pittsburgh Chapter. As the Public and Industry Relations Director for 2018, Jayme organized the Greater Pittsburgh chapter’s participation at various events and conferences throughout the year. Jayme has been a part of the planning committee for the inaugural Boots and Ballgowns Gala and oversaw the collection of donations for the silent auctions that raise money to benefit a local charity.
Prior to working at Williams, Jayme worked as an Environmental Specialist at GAI consultants. In November 2010, she began working in-house at Williams as a contract employee through GAI. In December 2011, Jayme became an employee with Williams as an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist, focusing on environmental permitting and compliance of pipelines and facilities in southwestern PA. In June 2013, her role changed to focus solely on compliance and overseeing projects from construction through completion in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. In January 2018, Jayme transferred from the compliance team to the environmental permitting team with her primary focus being pipeline projects and facilities in WV.
Jayme graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009 with a B.S. in Biological Sciences.
Jayme enjoys traveling, reading, rooting for Pittsburgh sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.
Katie MobergChief of StaffProject Manager, Tetra Tech, Inc.Katie has been a member of WEN for six years and was the President of the WEN Greater Pittsburgh chapter in 2019. In 2018, she served as Vice President and was the chair of the 4th Annual Boots & Ballgowns Networking Gala. She was honored to receive the WEN Appalachia Chapter’s Woman of the Year award in 2016. Katie also served as the Director of Member Retention and Development for two years prior to becoming Vice President.
Katie is a Project Manager at Tetra Tech, Inc. and manages a variety of natural gas projects. Prior to joining Tetra Tech, Katie worked at Monaloh Basin Engineers as their Director of Business Development and at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. for ten years where she managed a variety of challenging projects including oil and gas, coal, and commercial development permitting.
Katie attended the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and graduated in 2005 with a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Terrestrial Ecology.
She is also active in the Marcellus Shale Coalition (MSC) Surface Use, Midstream and Pipeline, and Natural Gas Use Committees, Pennsylvania Independent Oil & Gas Association (PIOGA) Pipeline & Gas Market Development and Environmental Committees, and the Appalachian Basin Gas Processors Association (ABGPA).
Katie enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, and camping with her husband, Tim, and two sons, Keegan and Levi. She also enjoys participating in her son’s PTA and is in charge of planning programs for the elementary school.

From start-ups to Fortune 500, and companies of size in between, this diverse experience certainly has helped her develop a robust business acumen over the years.
As the Vice President of Business Development for Frontier Ventures Ltd., Nicole is responsible for implementation and execution of critical corporate responsibilities for its five operating business units including; strategic and business planning, market analysis,
business development and marketing initiatives, and coordinating integration efforts in the organization while ensuring accountability for results.
Furthermore, she partners with the leadership of those various business units to support development and execution of a tactical operating and growth plan that will enable them to build on their reputation as industry leaders and to achieve both short and long-term objectives.
Nicole graduated Summa Cum Laude from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. She has been an active member with WEN since 2018 and is currently the Executive Membership Chair for the Greater Pittsburgh Chapter.
Karolina Powell, CPLWEN Table ChairProspect Manager, Dudley Land CompanyKarolina Powell is a prospect manager with Dudley Land Company, handling multiple land projects throughout the Appalachian basin. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Energy and Sustainability Policy and has worked in the energy industry for close to a decade. She has a large range of land experience, having worked projects in the field as well as in-house and managed projects in both oil and gas and renewable sectors.
Originally from Poland, Karolina is bilingual, and speaks both English and Polish. When away from the office, Karolina spends her time with her husband and son and enjoys doing work around their homestead, which includes such animals as rabbits and geese. She is also active in multiple professional groups. She holds the highest certification available with the American Association of Professional Landmen - the Certified Professional Landman (CPL) certification. She is the Education Credit chair for the Pittsburgh chapter of the Women’s Energy Network, she is a part of the continuing education committee on the MLBC, a member of the legal committee with the Marcellus Shale Coalition and she is an active member of NALA and IRWA.

I specialize in Municipal permits such as Subdivision and Land Development, Building, Excavation, Driveway, and Zoning. As a data validator, She performed data review/peer quality assurance for multiple parameters including volatiles, semivolatiles, pesticides, PCBs, herbicides, perchlorate, and total petroleum hydrocarbons in accordance to relevant Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) criteria and guidelines.
She is an active member of Women's Energy Network of Greater Pittsburgh and currently serve as Mentoring Program Co-Chair.
