Sunny Cowden WineingerTreasurerConocoPhillipsSunny Cowden Wineinger comes from a fourth generation ranching family in West Texas. In 2005 she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University. Prior to joining the oil and gas industry, she was an accountant for Hillstone Restaurant Group, then Controller at LGO Hospitality based in Phoenix, Arizona. She moved back to Texas in 2010 and joined Concho Resources, which was acquired by ConocoPhillips in 2021. Sunny is a Senior Financial Analyst with ConocoPhillips focused primarily on the Midland Basin. In her role on the asset team, she is largely responsible for budgeting, reporting, cost tracking, and analysis. She works as a liaison between the accounting and operations groups. Her favorite hobbies are reading, skiing, and traveling with her husband and children.
Kelsey McCarronMarketing DirectorStation Manager, Baker HughesAfter graduating from Villanova University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Kelsey started her Oil & Gas career in 2013. Currently, Kelsey is a Station Manager at Baker Hughes, leading an Artificial Lift sales team. Previously, she was a Wireline Field Engineer at Halliburton, where she gained experience in Open Hole Logging. She looks forward to forging lasting friendships with WEN members and actively contributing to the Permian Basin!
