Boston Chapter: Women in Leadership: Building Consensus

Boston Chapter: Women in Leadership: Building Consensus
Whether you’re leading a team, working with a customer to secure a deal, or pitching a new idea in your organization, you need to be able to bring people along with you to success. This workshop will provide techniques to build consensus on the challenges you are working on in your workplace.
