Boston Chapter: Lunch with the Board
Join the WEN Boston Board for Lunch on September 29th in our virtual space for the next event in our 2020 Community series. Our panelists, Mary, Sally, and Lindsey will talk about their experience and how they continue to help build our chapter empowering women in the energy field. We will also have some networking time allocated.


Mary Stefanidakis, Sponsorship Director (National Accounts Manager, Constellation - Boston WEN Sponsor)

Mary is the Sponsorship Director for the WEN Boston Chapter. She leads the National Account Management team for Constellation, supporting a portfolio of commercial and industrial customers as well as National channel partners. In this position Mary is a strategic partner to her customers and partners in delivering innovative, sustainable solutions to support the goals of her client base. Mary brings over 20 years to the energy experience of her role. Prior to joining the Constellation team in 2006, Mary worked on the wholesale pricing side of the business for both gas and power with Calpine and US Generating. Mary has a bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College.

Sally Griffith-Onnen, Membership Director (Sr Project Manager, Enel X - Boston WEN Sponsor)

As a Senior Project Manager for Enel X, Sally works across a broad range of implementation projects with our large global industrial customers. During an implementation project, Sally coordinates across all Enel X teams and is the primary point of contact for our customer, for everything related to the project. Sally has seven years of energy project management experience, including three years at Enel X (previously EnerNOC). At Enel X she has completed projects spanning Enel X’s energy management products, incorporating a broad range of hardware and software scopes. Prior to joining Enel X Sally was a Project Manager for the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center where she focused on projects supporting clean energy businesses in Massachusetts. Her qualifications include PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, and LEED GA. Sally holds a Masters of Environmental Management from the University of New South Wales in Australia.

Lindsey Sands, Legal Director (Associate General Counsel, Vicinity Energy)

Lindsey Sands is Associate General Counsel at Vicinity Energy, the largest provider of district energy solutions in North America. Lindsey sits in Vicinity's headquarters in Boston and provides support for all things legal, including day-to-day operations, special projects, and M&A. She began her legal practice in the tax group at Sidley Austin in Chicago, then returned to Boston to join Holland & Knight’s Tax Credit Syndication and Energy and Clean Technology teams. Just prior to joining Vicinity, she was Assistant General Counsel at Veolia North America, a leading provider of environmental solutions in the waste, water and energy industries. Lindsey also serves as a Board Member of New Ecology Inc., a non-profit whose mission is to bring sustainable development to underserved populations, particularly within the context of affordable and multifamily housing. Lindsey lives in Milton with her husband, Abe, and their three children.
