Suzanne Wilson
Partner, Environmental, Health and Safety
King & Spalding

Suzanne Wilson has practiced environmental law in the public and private sectors for over 20 years. She counsels her clients in major areas of environmental law, including government investigations, acquisitions, climate regulation, carbon trading, crisis management and emergency response. Suzanne represents companies of varying sizes in industries including refining, energy, chemicals, real estate, agriculture, financial services and retail.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Suzanne was an environmental partner at an AmLaw 100 firm for over six years. Before that, she had a distinguished 18-year career at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency including as the general counsel for Region 6 responsible for all regulatory and enforcement matters in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Region 6 is home to  the most diverse and complex environmental issues in the U.S., including the largest universe of petrochemical sources in the country, 67 tribal communities, uranium mining, oil and natural gas exploration, and federal facilities operations.


Brittany Syz
Director, Environmental Services and Sustainability, 

Brittany Syz is the Director of Environmental Services and Sustainability at SDG&E where she manages environmental compliance and sustainability planning.  In her prior role, she was Director of Clean Transportation where she oversaw SDG&E’s transportation electrification strategy and programs. This team is responsible for electric vehicle adoption in SDG&E’s territory, which assists with the State of California’s goals for GHG reduction. Prior to this position, Brittany was Senior Counsel of Real Estate at SDG&E and she previously worked as General Counsel and VP of Business Development at Oberon Fuels, an alternative fuels producer. 

Throughout her career Brittany has used her legal experience to work on pro bono cases regarding affordable housing and civil rights issues. She graduated cum laude from Harvard University, obtained a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, and received her law degree cum laude from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.  She is currently on the board of Casa Cornelia. 

Tiffany Roberts
Manager,State Government Affairs
Phillips 66

Ms. Roberts recently joined Phillips 66 where she leads the company’s government affairs activities for the western US. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Western States Petroleum Association. She previously held positions with the California Legislature including serving as Senior Energy and Climate Policy Analyst for the Legislative Analyst’s Office. She is an economist by training and holds a certification in Sustainable Capitalism and ESG.

Tiffany Roberts has spent the past 15 years helping shape and inform climate and energy policy across the US.  She was named to Energy & Environment News’ List of “People to Watch – Five Key Players in Climate” and awarded by the California Legislature for significantly influencing California’s climate policy debate. Since her volunteer days in the former Soviet Republic of Turkmenistan and sub-Saharan Africa, she has been passionate about leading cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at addressing climate change, sustainability and economic development.

Bindu Garapaty
VP of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Talent Development 
Impossible Foods

Dr. Bindu Garapaty joined Impossible Foods in 2020 as its first VP of Talent, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity. With a doctorate degree in clinical psychology and years of experience in organizational leadership, she brings a deep understanding of human behavior, well-being, and evidence-based practices to the workplace. 

She also serves as the CEO of The Happy Leader, an executive coaching consultancy, and as a Women in Management program facilitator at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining Impossible Foods, she served as the Director of Talent Development and Inclusion at Gilead Sciences. 

Dr. Garapaty thrives on building catalytic connections, giving back, and creating new experiences in her personal and professional communities. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master’s Degree and a Psy.D from Illinois School of Professional Psychology. She is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
