During this 60-minute session, Kelly E. Jameson, Dedicated Wellbeing Program Manager, WebMD, will share her insights and resources on three specific areas:
• Changes in environment, employment, and emotions;
• Burnout, what it looks like for you and what steps you can take to prevent it;
• And finally, she will highlight Hope and how to build it within yourself.

Kelly E. Jameson is a health educator, certified personal trainer, Heartfulness meditation champion and soon to be licensed nutritionist. She is passionate about educating herself to support her client’s total well-being in mind, body, and spirit. She believes by tuning into each of these areas so each person can experience deep healing and empowerment.
She worked in wellness in both community and corporate settings across the east coast for over 10 years. Kelly is also experienced working with youth and adults with Virginia Tech University. She is currently employed with WebMD as a Wellness Program Manager for their client company, Dominion Energy. Kelly is responsible for supporting an overall culture of well-being across Dominion Energy locations by putting wellbeing resources in the hands of employees to facilitate positive health changes.
Beyond Kelly’s professional experience in wellness, she knows what it means to be resilient when it comes to life challenges and health struggles. She believes that with each challenge we face, we learn better ways to tune into our own needs, listen to our inner voice and cultivate self-love.
Kelly received her B.S. in Health Promotion from the University of Lynchburg and M.S. in Human Nutrition and Integrative Health with a concentration in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health.
