Have you ever heard that little inside voice that says you aren't enough, you can't do it, or you aren't ready? Well, you are not alone. We all have that critical inner voice that creates internal self-doubt and feelings of unworthiness. This voice can also turn on others in order to protect ourselves from feeling bad or ashamed. So, how do we manage that voice? Join us to hear Michelle Webb, Employee Experience at TEKsystems, share her story and insights into her inner critic and some of the other hurdles that get in our way of advancement both personally and professionally.
Attendees will enjoy a 30-minute keynote beginning promptly at 3:30 p.m. followed by a 90-minute workshop. The afternoon entertainment will continue with drinks, two tickets per person, and appetizers from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. WEN members will also receive a copy of Mastering Your Inner Critic by Susan Mackenty Brady with their registration.
