Utah Chapter: Challenging Discussions in Challenging Times
More than any time in our lives, we are all faced with some really difficult conversations both at home and at work. We are being asked to redefine work-life balance, adjust our thinking on what is and isn’t acceptable work conversations, and to engage with our coworkers in new ways. This panel discussion will reveal how women leaders in our industry are approaching these challenges within their own lives.

Please join us on Thursday, September 24th from 4-5:30 p.m Mountain. This event is virtual and free to members and non-members.

Panel members include:

Erica Dahl, the Vice President of Public Policy and Government Affairs for Vivint Solar. Prior to Vivint Solar, Erica served as Director of Community Relations for the Central Region of Intermountain Healthcare in Salt Lake City and as Vice President of Government Relations for Bank of America in San Francisco.

Candyce Fly Lee, PE, PMP
, the Vice President and General Manager of Rockies Gathering & Processing for Williams in Salt Lake City. She has spent the past 18 years with Williams beginning in Salt Lake City as a Project Engineer. She previously served in the Northeast as Director of Projects for projects in New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio.

Lori W. Creer
, Vice President-Western Pipeline Operations, Gas Transmission & Storage. Creer joined Questar in 1989 and assumed her current position in September 2020. She is responsible for operations and business functions for Dominion Energy’s interstate natural gas pipeline providing transportation and underground storage services in Utah, Wyoming and Colorado. Previously, Creer served as director–Technical Excellence and Innovation Center, Dominion Energy Services, supporting Gas Distribution and Gas Transmission & Storage.

Julie Lewis
, Vice President of People. She has worked for PacifiCorp for 40 years and has spent the past 35 years working in various positions within human resources at PacifiCorp. She currently co-chairs the company’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion taskforce and is a board member of the Oregon Workforce Talent Development Board.
