Women's Energy Network Colorado Chapter Logo with Orange and Yellow Sun Logo

Leaders come in all shapes and sizes. What kind of leader are you? Does this match the leader you want to be? This course will look at your individual strengths and personal mission, then discuss ways to present yourself to meet your intent and lead with integrity. It will look at positive psychology, your leadership presence, your inner dialogue, and how to use all of this to effectively communicate and bring your best self to your work and your leadership.

Module 2 (May 18) – This session will look at your purpose. Why is it important to have a “why,” and how can we expand beyond a fixed mindset to a growth mindset.
Module 3 (June 22) – In order to achieve your purpose and present yourself as intended, what happens internally? This session will look at positive psychology and mindfulness to discuss how to shift your internal dialogue to present yourself with intention.
Module 4 (August 3) – Communication is so often discussed as the key to success. This session will look at how to present yourself externally with intention through various forms of communication.
