Tracy JacksonAdvisory Board ChairRetired, Marathon PetroleumTracy currently serves on several local non-profit boards and provides mentoring and advisory services to many people and companies in the San Antonio community.
Tracy was most recently the Vice President and Controller for Andeavor and Andeavor Logistics (formerly Tesoro). In this role she provided leadership and direction for the management of the Company’s accounting, reporting and trading control functions. This included maintaining all accounting records, designing and implementing accounting, internal control, and risk systems in addition to preparing financial compliance and commodity risk reports for management and shareholders.
Prior to assuming her role as the Controller, Tracy was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analytics at Aneavor. Tracy was responsible for the annual business plan, recurring forecasting, operations and financial analytics as well as executive and functional leadership support. Tracy oversaw the development of a functional reporting model, numerous commercial excellence management projects and built new refining and commercial analytics teams. Tracy was responsible for monthly reporting to the Executive Committee and quarterly reporting to the Board of Directors. In addition, Tracy oversaw the annual incentive compensation scorecard process.
Keriann ChristensenAdvisory Board MemberManaging Director, RGPKeriann Christensen currently serves as RGPs Managing Director for their Central Texas Practice – Keriann is responsible for business development, managing client service and recruiting for RGPs growing Central Texas practice. Keriann worked for RGP for more than 10 years in RGPs Los Angeles office initially as a consultant then as a Senior Recruiting Director. During her tenure at RGP, Keriann has served as the program and project manager for several strategic engagements at global clients. Before joining RGP, Keriann was a consultant at both Capgemini and Oracle, where she served as a Program Manager for several global transformation initiatives.
Keriann earned a BBA with a major in Management Information Systems at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and is active in the National Associations of Corporate Directors, (NACD), Women’s Energy Network (WEN), North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, Financial Executives International (FEI), and SEC Professionals organizations.

Irwine is a successful business leader with 25+ years’ experience working in varying fields of accounting, finance, and business development. She has over 15+ years of experience working with senior executive leaders of corporations, entrepreneurial companies and non-profit boards. She provides strong business acumen and management perspective to her role within her organization as well as to the non-profit initiatives that she has been engaged with throughout her career.
Janet is involved in various non-profit organizations including Treasurer, American Research Center in Egypt (ARCE). ARCE is a non-profit supporting historic preservation and conservation of Egyptian artifacts with corporate offices in Cairo. And Janet is a founding member of the South Texas Women’s Energy Network which provides networking opportunities to foster career and leadership development of women in energy industries.
Celeste KoonAdvisory Board MemberDirector of Marketing, Halliburton Energy Services, Inc.Celeste Koon is Director of Marketing for Halliburton. In this role, she is responsible for the overall strategic coordination of product and service specific marketing programs, with all Product Service Line Marketing Managers, that support the Company’s goals in market leadership, market image, market share participation, and profitability. She is also responsible for the digital marketing and events strategies globally.
Prior to this appointment, Celeste managed the Global Business Solutions team, where she provided global accountability of business development with a focus on process, training, systems support and development, and financial performance measurement.
Celeste has 15 years of experience in oil and gas. She started her career with Halliburton in 2004 as a Wireline Field Professional. She spent four years in the field running open hole logs before joining business development in Denver, Colorado. In 2012, Celeste moved to Houston to serve as a business lead for the strategic transformation of the sales and pricing initiatives in North America.
Celeste received her B.S. in electrical engineering from Washington State University. She is a member of the Denver Well Logging Society and previously served as Secretary in 2010 and 2011.
Joanna WeidmanAdvisory Board MemberSenior Vice President of Administration, NuStar EnergyJoanna Weidman serves as Senior Vice President of Administration for NuStar Energy L.P., a publicly traded master limited partnership based in San Antonio.
Since joining NuStar in 2007, Weidman has helped direct NuStar’s internal and external communications, handling everything from employee relations programs to shareholder communications. As part of the Corporate Communications team, she helped create and launch the NuStar brand; led the campaigns that earned top rankings on Fortune Magazine’s list of the 100 Best Companies to Work for and Texas Monthly’s list of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas; and helped create and coordinate the NuStar NuHope Golf Classic, which has raised over $35 million for Haven for Hope over the past few years. Additionally, Weidman serves as Treasurer and Past Chairwoman of NuStar PAC, which she helped establish.
A committed volunteer, Weidman serves as an Advisory Board Member of the South Texas chapter of Women’s Energy Network, and as a Board Member of Clarity Child Guidance Center and the San Antonio Public Library Foundation. She is Past President of the Board of Directors of St. Peter St. Joseph Children’s Home, and a former Board Member of the American Cancer Society and Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas.
Weidman holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.
