Cherie is using her 26 years of public accounting experience to lead the Appellation Construction Services LLC accounting department in a fast-paced, multi-faceted construction company servicing natural gas industry midstream infrastructure development.
Cherie received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bloomsburg University in 1988.
Cherie is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants where she’s held various offices at state and local levels. She is also the treasurer of the Sullivan County Scholarship Association, Inc.
Outside of work, Cherie enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and three amazing adult children.
Natalie ClarkeMarketing & Communications DirectorExternal Affairs Coordinator, Coterra EnergyNatalie is ready help grow the Susquehanna Valley Chapter’s presence across the region. She is also looking forward to more networking opportunities with others in the energy industry. Natalie joined Coterra Energy in February 2020 as their External Affairs Coordinator. She manages the internal and external communications activities for the company and their affiliate organizations Think About Energy, MOLU, and the Energy Education Fund. She enjoys merging traditional and digital marketing tactics to create impactful messages that spread Coterra’s mission throughout the community. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter and traveling as much as she can.
Lynse WestProgramming DirectorSr. Environmental Scientist, Golder Associates, Inc.Lynse West joined Golder Associates (a member of WSP) in 2014 and is currently in the role of senior environmental scientist. She started her consulting career in Vermont where she focused on water supply source evaluation, development, and protection. When she moved back to her home state of Pennsylvania in 2013, she was fortunate obtain a position with Golder Associates that serviced the natural gas industry. Her career now focuses on waste management, emergency spill response, permitting and compliance reporting. Her responsibilities also include developing and maintaining successful working relationships with co-workers, subcontractors, and clients in the natural gas exploration and production industry. Her boots have been in the muck and her heels have graced many meetings. She has interacted with landowners, rig hands, site foreman, inspectors, and regulators alike. She is a very passionate, ambitious person who thoroughly values the opportunities she has been given during her professional career and embraces occasions to meet new and interesting individuals. When she is not working, Lynse is spending time with family and friends, adventuring outdoors, traveling, or finding time to squeeze in a nap.
Sue GumbleSponsorship DirectorProgram Director, Lackawanna College School of Petroleum and Natural GasSue is new to WEN and excited to meet other women working in the energy industry. She has 26 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry and has been working with the energy industry for 7 years in her current role as PNG program director at Lackawanna College. She is a certified OSHA, PEC, Red Cross trainer and does training for her safety training business and also the students at the college. Sue was a foster parent for 26 years and loves spending her time helping children. She is a member of Big Brothers/Sisters, SPE, VFW women’s auxiliary, and AGMSC. Outside of work Sue enjoys spending time with her two children.
Madalyn CollinsDirector at LargeSales, Stallion Oilfield ServicesField Sales and Customer Development Relations, Stallion Oilfield Services.
Madalyn Collins is the point of contact for Field Sales and Customer Development Relations for Stallion Oilfield Service in Williamsport, PA. Stallion is one of the largest providers of auxiliary rentals and services for oil and gas operations in the domestic United States. Stallion is recognized as pioneer in the industry—an oilfield service company that delivers total end-to-end lifecycle service through a single provider being a one-stop service option for the total lifetime of a well. Madalyn has over 10 years of experience in Sales, Contracts, and Relationship Development. Madalyn’s experience with the Gas industry has mostly been midstream development and now consists of all developmental phases of the Oil and Gas industry from upstream (exploration and production), midstream (transportation and processing) and downstream. In Madalyn’s free time she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
Allison SavoyDirector at LargeDirector of Projects & Development, G-Force & Associates Inc.Allison Savoy is the Director of Projects & Development at G-Force, a general commercial and energy sector construction company based out of Tolar, TX. Allison has over 25 years of experience in leadership, contracts, and general operations roles. The majority of her time has been spent in the Upstream & Midstream markets where she has been fortunate to not only cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, but also negotiate contracts, internally manage projects and mentor a team of employees.
Allison is serving on the WEN Susquehanna Valley Board of Directors as a Director at Large for a 2 year term beginning 2022 - a chapter focused on meaningful, educational, and value-enhancing programming for its members.
Sherry PaulhamusPast PresidentDepartmental Assistant, Range ResourcesSherry has been WEN member for over a year with the creation of the Susquehanna Valley Chapter.
Sherry has been with Range Resources since 2011 as a Departmental Assistant. She is responsible for the daily activities in the Lock Haven field office in Central Pennsylvania. Her roles include supporting all managers and field personnel and attending networking and community events in the area.
Prior to joining WEN, Sherry co-led Women in Marcellus, who had a similar mission as WEN. She also serves as Chair for Leadership Lycoming and sits on several committees for this organization. Additionally, she serves on the YMCA Williamsport Advisory Council and advocates for the Lycoming County United Way.
Outside of work Sherry spends her time at the YMCA participating in group exercise classes like Zumba, and Spin. She loves being outdoors walking, and trying to become better at jogging and SUP (Stand up paddle boarding).
