The WEN Foundation works with several WEN Chapters to establish chapter education funds, which help the chapters engage with charitable and educational programming. A CEF allows donors to make gifts that specifically address the needs of their local chapters and communities.
The following WEN Chapters provide scholarships:

- WEN Colorado
- WEN Greater Pittsburgh
- WEN Houston
- WEN North Texas
- WEN Oklahoma
- WEN Permian Basin
- WEN South Texas
- WEN West Virginia
Potential uses for a CEF include scholarships, leadership training, educational inititives, STEM-related activities, and charitable endeavors. Assets for individual CEF accounts are accounted for separately. Gifts designated for a specific chapter will be used exclusively for charitable and educational purporse that benefit the members and community of that chapter unless the Foundation’s Board of Directors determins that a use would be inconsistent with the Foundation’s charitable philanthropical and educational purposes.
