The energy industry is changing rapidly, at times leaving traditional careers in flux. As the nature of work evolves and energy companies shift to new operational models, employees will need to develop new capabilities to meet the industry’s new challenges and reimagine themselves to grow their current skills to skills that will be needed in the transition.
In partnership with the Global Energy Transition, the WEN Foundation offers the “Reimagine You” grant to WEN members and individuals who want to “upskill” and acquire new knowledge, skills, and experiences to compete for new and transformational roles. This grant of up to $2500 can supplement the cost of training for courses and certificates in renewables, ESG, compliance and regulatory matters, digital and data analytics, and other opportunities, just to name a few.
