Carmen is an executive director in Ernst & Young LLP’s Transaction Support practice. For over 13 years, Carmen has advised large and middle market private equity, infrastructure fund investors and corporate acquirers on their transactions in various industries, with a particular focus on infrastructure and energy.
Carmen has extensive experience advising investors in a variety of infrastructure sub-sectors, including regulated utilities, power generation, transmission, midstream, water and wastewater, toll roads, airports, parking, waste, ports and other infrastructure related segments.
Carmen received a Bachelor of Science from the Carroll Scholl of Management at Boston College and is also on the Board of Women’s Infrastructure Network (WIN), a not-for-profit organization focusing on networking women in the public and private infrastructure industry sectors to help shape the infrastructure agenda in the US.« Back to Board of Directors
