Iridium Helps is dedicated to supporting women professionals in the energy industry. Founded by sisters Caley and Whitney Van Cleave, Iridium Helps offers a wide range of resources and services designed to empower women at all stages of their careers.

Through this collaboration, WEN members will have access to Iridium Helps' featured courses, workshops, guides, workbooks, live 60-minute one-on-one Help Sessions, and asynchronous On-demand 1:1 advising. These resources cover key areas such as raise & offer negotiations, career changes, job hunting, hiring assistance, and more.

WEN has partnered with Naylor Association Solutions to provide companies an opportunity to attract highly-qualified job candidates, i.e., WEN Members. Our job center is a part of a larger network consisting of more than 40 associations, allowing both employers and job seekers the ability to expand their search beyond the energy sector, if desired.
