Job Posting Policy
The below policy ensures fair use, quality control, and alignment with our organizational values. Posting and viewing access is only available to active members in good standing.
Posting Guidelines
The WEN Career Center is intended to share job opportunities that are hosted on third-party sites (e.g., the hiring company’s official careers page or a reputable job platform). Posts should include a link to the original job listing and not serve as the primary or original source of the opportunity.
- Relevance: Jobs must be related to the industry, profession, or mission of the Women's Energy Network.
- Accuracy: Listings must include clear job titles, company name, application deadline, and link to job listing.
- Compliance: Posts must comply with all applicable employment laws and anti-discrimination policies as well as with WEN's Code of Conduct.
- Duration: Posts should be removed or archived when the position has been filled or application deadline has passed. WEN HQ has the right to remove postings as appropriate.
Posting Responsibilities
- Adhere to the required format when posting open positions,
- Monitor your post and respond to questions in a timely and professional manner via the Glue Up platform,
- Remove the posting when the position is filled or application deadline has passed, and
- Maintain ethical hiring practices.
Prohibited Content
- Jobs unrelated to the organization’s field or mission,
- Incomplete or misleading job descriptions,
- Multilevel marketing or pyramid schemes, and
- Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
Violations will result in removal of the post and/or suspension of posting privileges.
Moderation & Approval
- All job postings are subject to review and approval by WEN staff.
- WEN reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any posting that does not comply with this policy.

Members may report inappropriate listings or provide feedback by contacting info@womensenergynetwork.org. We strive to maintain a high-quality job board that serves our community’s professional needs.
This policy may be updated periodically. Members will be notified of significant changes via email and/or the member portal.
Member Access
Do not post resumes or personal information. The Career Center is intended for sharing opportunities only—not for self-promotion or applications.
- Login to your member account.
- From your My Glue dashboard, check the Home button (upper left) to ensure you’re on the WEN Global page, not your Chapter page.
- From the left menu bar, click on My Community, and ensure you’re in the Active WEN Members community.
- Look under My Groups and you’ll see the WEN Job Board displayed.
