Starting a chapter is a rewarding way to expand WEN’s mission and connect with others in your region who share your passion and vision. Our Global Board has developed a thoughtful, supportive process to guide new Chapters from interest to launch—ensuring you have the tools, mentorship, and connections you need to thrive.

Next Steps

To set new Chapters up for success, WEN follows an annual process for approving and onboarding prospective Chapters.

Step 1: Send an email stating your interest and where you'd like to start a Chapter to info@womensenergynetwork.org.

Step 2: Our team will reach out to schedule an introduction call with the Global President-Elect who will share details about the process, answer your questions, and help you connect with other members who might want to join you on this journey

Step 3: After the call, we'll follow-up with an email that includes a link to our online RFI, a.k.a., application. These are due September 30th of each year.

Step 4: The Global Board reviews all applications in October and in November, will select up to two Chapters to move forward in the process. If your application is not selected, don't be discouraged! We'll provide you with feedback as to why and encourage you to address the missing pieces and apply again the following year.
