WEN Members & Friends,

We need WEN now more than ever. And WEN needs you.

After another successful year, I'm excited (and little nervous) to take the reins from Sally. As WEN moves forward, we're reimagining what it means to connect locally and network globally. This upcoming year, we're focusing on supporting chapter goals and elevating the value of membership across the organization. With your help, the WEN Global Board will: 

• Increase member engagement at the Chapter and institutional level;
• Increase representation of all sectors of the energy industry;
• Hone in on what programming and support members' wants at the Global level; and
• Facilitate meaningful connections and programming between Chapters.

Over my career, I’ve seen the energy sector change and change again. Like so many of us, I’ve had a front row seat to the booms, the busts, the rise and fall of technologies, policy changing and changing back again, and the cyclical upheaval we’ve all come to expect. One thing that has remained constant from Day One is my passion for WEN and what it represents. I've taken so much from all you ladies - and Steve (come to the WEN Conferences and you’ll be in on the joke) - and am excited to give back in another way as your 2026-2027 WEN Global President.
