WEN Career Catalyst 

Built as a three-part series, each track of the WEN Career Catalyst is designed to stand alone, giving members the flexibility to jump into one or experience all three, depending on where they are in their career journey. All sessions will be conducted virtually and are exclusive to active WEN Members.

 

Track 1: Identify Skills & Desires

Summary: Track 1 is all about self-discovery and clarity. It helps participants step back and define what they’re actually good at, what they enjoy, and what they want next—before jumping into job searches or advancement strategies.

Format: General session with one small-group coaching session available as an add-on.

Goal: Participants leave with a clear understanding of who they are professionally and what they want—creating a strong foundation for the next steps.

Track 2: What & Where Are the Opportunities

Summary: Once participants understand their skills and goals, Track 2 shifts outward—exploring where opportunities exist and how to position themselves to pursue them.

Format: General session with breakout rooms immediately following.

Goal: Participants gain a clear view of the landscape and understand where their skills align with real opportunities—and how to go after them.

Track 3: Telling Your Story

Summary: Track 3 focuses on articulation and influence—helping participants confidently communicate their value, experience, and ambitions in a way that resonates with decision-makers.

Format: General session with four deep dive sessions available as an add-on.

Goal: Participants leave with a compelling, authentic story they can use in interviews, networking, and leadership settings.
