Dear WEN North Texas Members,

WEN North Texas has always been more than a professional organization to me.  It’s a place shaped by women who support one another, build meaningful relationships, and learn from shared experience. As we look ahead to 2026, that shared spirit continues to guide how we think about the year in front of us.

I’m honored to serve as your Chapter President this year. WEN has been a meaningful part of my own professional and personal journey - offering support, perspective, and opportunities to grow at every stage. It’s a place where I’ve built lasting relationships, learned new skills, and found ways to give back.

As I reflected on what matters most, three simple ideas continued to rise to the surface: connection, growth, and purpose. These ideas will guide our programming, conversations, and priorities throughout the year.

• Connection is at the heart of everything we do. WEN North Texas is a welcoming place where relationships form naturally and where members connect across companies, roles, and career stages.
• Growth happens through shared learning, open conversations, and collective experience. Together, we build confidence, develop new skills, and support one another as we navigate the many transitions that come with an evolving industry.
• Purpose is what ties it all together. Being apart of WEN North Texas means contributing to something that matters, where your time and involvement support both individual development and the broader community around us.

My hope is that each of you finds value through your engagement with WEN this year...whether that's a meaningful connection, a moment of growth, or a renewed sense of purpose.
