Women’s Energy Network, West Virginia, formerly part of WEN Appalachia, became a stand-alone chapter in 2018. Many of our members have participated in WEN for over a decade and are excited to see such growth and expansion taking place in our home state. Our chapter has over 90 members and continues to grow. We are a thriving chapter providing networking, education and career development opportunities through a variety of events and initiatives around the state.  Our goal is the same as Karyl White’s, the founder of WEN, to foster the advancement of women in energy. So, wherever you are in the state and whatever role you have in the energy industry, you are welcome at WEN WV.

Nearly 30 years after Karyl White founded WEN, it remains committed to providing high caliber events and networking to its diverse membership from across the energy value chain. Membership is open to both women and men with active professional involvement in the energy industry and who hold a bachelor’s degree or five years professional experience within the industry.
