Dear Members and Friends of the Women's Energy Network Florida Chapter, As we reach the midpoint of the year, it’s a natural moment to pause and reflect—and what stands out most is how energizing it feels to be part of this growing community. Since launching WEN Florida last year, the real impact has been in the connections. Whether it’s a quick conversation at an event, a new introduction, or a relationship that grows over time, this chapter is becoming a place where women across the energy industry can genuinely connect, support one another, and grow. There’s an energy (no pun intended!) that comes from being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see each other succeed. In an industry that’s evolving so quickly, having a network like this matters more than ever. WEN is not just about professional development—it’s about finding your people, building confidence, and navigating your career alongside others who understand the journey.
