Dear Members and Friends of the Women's Energy Network Florida Chapter, 

We are excited to build our chapter's first year with our newly appointed board brining fresh energy, perspectives, and momentum into the year ahead. WEN Florida plays a unique role in connecting women and men across one of the most diverse and rapidly evolving energy markets in the country. From traditional generation to renewables, infrastructure, resilience, and innovation, Florida's energy landscape continues to grow. 

Our chapter is committed to serving professionals across the state by fostering meaningful connections, sharing knowledge, and creating pathways for advancement at every career stage. 

In 2026, our board is focused on delivering thoughtful, impactful programming that reflects the needs of our members and the realities of our industry. Through professional development, dynamic networking, mentorship, and collaboration with partners throughout Florida, we aim to strengthen our community while expanding access and engagement across the chapter.
