The Women’s Energy Network (WEN) is an international organization of professionals who work across the energy value chain. Our mission is to develop programs that provide networking opportunities and foster the career and leadership development of women who work in the energy industries.

WEN’s vision is to be the premier global organization that educates, attracts, retains and develops energy professionals. WEN currently offers opportunities to more than 6,000 professionals across 22 chapters nationwide through luncheons, conferences, community initiatives, socials and mentoring programs.

Founded in 2015, WEN’s Greater Oklahoma Chapter (WENOK) is the second-largest chapter, encompassing the entire state of Oklahoma, the pipeline crossroads of the world. WENOK includes more than 1,000 members from many of the industry’s top upstream, midstream and downstream companies. WENOK provides members with opportunities to give back through volunteering and charity-oriented events. Members also receive growth opportunities through participation in chapter and national Boards of Directors and other special programs.
