Greetings WEN Greater Pittsburgh Members and Friends, 

I am honored to serve as President of the Women's Energy Network Greater Pittsburgh Chapter. Our mission is clear: to create a strong, supportive community where the energy industry can connect, learn, and lead. This organization is more than a network - it is a movement that champions diversity, fosters leadership, and drives innovation in an industry that is shaping the future. 

Before we look ahead, I want to express my sincere gratitude to our past presidents and board members for their outstanding leadership and dedication. Their vision and hard work have strengthened our chapter and set the stage for continued success. We stand on the shoulders of those who have paved the way, and I am committed to building on that legacy. 

As we move forward, my focus will be on three key pillars:

• Connection - Building meaningful relationships through networking and collaboration. Our events and programs will create spaces where ideas area shared, partnerships are formed, and careers are advanced. 
• Development - Offering resources and opportunities that empower professional growth. From leadership workshops to technical training, we will ensure our members have the tools they need to thrive in a rapidly changing energy landscape.
• Impact - Amplifying our presence and influence within the energy sector and our communities. We will continue to advocate for our members, engage in community outreach, and demonstrate the value of diverse perspectives in driving progress.

The energy industry is evolving at an unprecedented pace, and with change comes opportunity. Together, we will embrace innovation, champion diversity, and support one another in achieving our goals.
