The Women’s Energy Network (WEN) is an international organization of professionals who work across the energy value chain. Our mission is to provide networking opportunities and foster the career and leadership development of women who work in the energy industries. The WEN North Dakota chapter was established in January 2025, marking a significant milestone for women in the energy sector across the Bakken. As a newly formed chapter, we aim to become North Dakota’s premier resource for women working in all sectors of the energy industry by providing networking, professional development, and community outreach opportunities. Our dynamic Leadership Team is committed to making our organization a valuable resource for you, our members.
The founding board includes representatives from leading entities like Weatherford, GO Wireline, Brenntag, McKenzie Energy Partners, and Steiner & Co., all serving as integral members:
- Tiffany Steiner (President)
- Danni Sackman (Vice President)
- Irina Muraviyova (Treasurer)
- Erin White (Secretary)
- Kim Hochhalter (Membership Director)
