WEN California's Collective Learning Program (CLP)

A modern approach to mentoring through shared learning and meaningful connections.

JOIN TODAY!

Program Overview

The Collective Learning Program (CLP) is WEN California's reimagined mentoring experience, designed to move beyond traditional mentor/mentee roles and create a more flexible, inclusive, and engaging way for participants to connect and learn from one another.

Through a combination of one-on-one connections, peer learning, and facilitated group discussions, participants can build relationships, expand perspectives, and grow as both learners and leaders. This approach aligns with California's unique energy landscape, which demands cross-functional insights and adaptability.

This program is open exclusively to WEN California members.

How to Join WEN California's CLP

How It Works

  • Build Your Profile
Upload a profile detailing your experience, interests, topics you wish to explore, and areas where you can mentor others.
  • Matching Process
Browse participant profiles and identify individuals you'd like to connect with. CLP Chairs will also provide suggested matches based on participant profiles, interests, and requests, and will help formalize mentoring partnerships.
  • Engage in Conversations
We recommend centering your first meeting around goals and interests. Thereafter, participants are encouraged to meet bi-weekly or monthly. CLP Chairs will check in regularly with the cohort.
  • Grow Your Network
Learn continuously through shared experiences and meaningful professional relationships.
  • Join CLP Circles
Participate in group discussions centered around our Four Collective Learning Pillars: The Foundation, The Accelerator, The Context, and The Multiplier.
