Dear Members of the Women's Energy Network California,

As we look ahead for 2026, I am energized by the direction of WEN California and the ambitious strategic goals we have set to strengthen our community, expand our impact, and continue advancing meaningful dialogue across the energy sector. My professional journey, shaped by years at Chevron, has given me a deep appreciation for the complexity of our industry and the importance of thoughtful leadership during periods of transformation. I have also had the privilege of being part of WEN CA since its inception, serving as Programming Director, President Elect and now President and helping building a community that brings together diverse perspectives, fosters authentic connection, and delivers content that is both relevant and forward-looking. 

What continues to set WEN CA apart is our intentional focus on energy transition topics grounded in real-world experience, technical depth, and inclusive leadership. As our industry evolves, WEN CA remains committed to convening conversations that reflect where energy is going, not just where it has been. This commitment feels especially personal as I step into my new role at Carrier, where innovation, sustainability, and execution intersect daily. That perspective reinforces my belief in WEN CA's mission and our 2026 goals: to equip our members with insight, networks, and confidence to lead through change.
